Rare, vintage collectible statue / figurine of a classic gnome by the Netherlands' artist Rien Poortvliet, illustrator of the classic book 'Gnome' which was made into a movie released in 1980.

Box describes this forest gnome as a 275 years of age, in the prime life, true height of 15 cm (6"). Different gnomes are shown on two opposite sides of the box by name and age: Fryda, Mary with Child, Hanno, Jim, George & Myrte, Wil, Herman, Dave & Iris, Rien, Floor, Dave, Sjef, Wilfred. All between 0-400 years of age which is a normal lifespan of a Gnome. :)
